WCRC Monthly Meeting

Regular monthly meetings of the Washington County Republican Committee are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month.  Registration and networking begin at 6:30 PM with our meeting beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.   After our business meeting has concluded, we invite you to stay for our guest speaker.  There is a different guest speaker every month.

Past speakers have included local, state and federal elected officials, candidates, authors, local law enforcement officers, FBI Officers, athletes, entertainers, executives and other powerful speakers.

Members are required to complete a proxy voting form to remain active in the committee prior to missing three consecutive meetings.  A member who misses three consecutive meetings without sending a proxy shall be deemed "inactive"and will be ineligible to count toward the quorum of members at the meeting. An inactive member must attend two (2) consecutive County Committee meetings to be reinstated to active membership. 

A meeting specific proxy form is provided with each call to meeting, released via email distribution.   A generic proxy form, which must be completed with full meeting information (Date, Time, Location) is available for download and completion by clicking below.  The official call to meeting includes current contact information to submit the proxy through official channels.
